NEUP CINR-19-16790: Context-Aware Safety Information Display for Nuclear Field Workers

The overall goal of this project is to test the hypothesis that introducing solutions on Augmented Reality (AR) glasses that adopting advanced object recognition algorithms and safety compliance checking methods based on digital models of nuclear facilities will enable real-time safety engineering information display for nuclear field workers. The proposed project will integrate multiple scientists’ expertise in computer vision, safety engineering, and human factors to achieve this goal.
