NEUP CINR-25-34069: Mechanistic insights into the role Pu plays in properties of U-Pu-Zr fuels

We will conduct a systematic experimental assessment of the microstructure and phase-dependent properties of fuel alloys with varying Pu content and develop a mechanistic physical property models in BISON. This synergetic work will provide a foundation for determining the impact of Pu on material properties.
